Responsibilities:

• Enhance Food Safety & Quality auditor capabilities to each of auditors i.e., Food Safety/GHP Auditor Team, Internal Audit Team, HACCP Team, HALAL Team etc.
• Lead and prepare the document of the Food Safety and Quality Compliance internal Audit System i.e. GHP, HACCP, BRCGS etc. to comply with all of requirements and coordinate with relevant function team.
• Lead and maintain religious implementation and certification process i.e. Halal MUI, Halal (TH), Kosher etc.
• Support on preparation process of Product specification, Product Labelling, COA template to meet law/regulatory, company requirements and customer expectation and communicate to relate function team if any change. 
• Understand and support the company’s activities and FSQS Global policies such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other safety & environment activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Food Technology, Food Science, related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in the food industry in quality or operations function.
