Responsibilities:

• Lead and cooperate on mock recall & traceability program with cross function, customer and supplier to meeting requirements.
• Lead and maintain of HACCP System program to comply with Food Safety and Quality System. 
• Conduct and ensure on validation of CCPs program, process change, new machine, new equipment, and NPD process to minimize risk on food safety and quality.
• Understand and support the company’s activities and policies such as FSQS Global policy, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other safety & environment activities.
• Support on preparation process of  Product specification, Product Labelling, COA template to meet law/regulatory, company requirements and customer expectation. and communicate to relate function team if any change. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology or related fields.
• 1-3 years experience in quality assurance / control in food industrial manufacturing.
