Responsibilities:

• Establish a whistle-blowing system and Investigate the procedure.
• Draft and revise company policies and the table of authorization to comply with company structure and policies.
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
• Establish a training program for the Board of Directors, Management Committee, Employee.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance and Economics or other related fields.
• Female/Male. Age over 35 years old.
• More than 5 years of experience in corporate governance (Compliance).
• Possess knowledge and competence in corporate governance. and liaising with the SEC, SET, and other relevant regulatory agencies.
