Responsibilities:

  • Use data mining and advanced research to uncover root causes of consumer behavior and brand performance.
  • Leverage social media platforms as real-time insight engines to identify emerging trends and competitive shifts.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to optimize the effectiveness of in-store and digital activations.
  • Manage the brand P&L and A&P budget, ensuring strategic investment and a relentless focus on ROI and business alignment.
  • Translate behavioral insights into communication strategies that effectively shift consumer perceptions and beliefs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in teamwork, people management, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in executing Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) across ATL, BTL, and Digital platforms.
  • Solid understanding of consumer research and market data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Brand Health Trackers, Social Listening).
  • Ability to analyze complex data to identify solutions and drive growth per defined KPIs.
  • Master’s Degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
