Responsibilities:

• Create precise, data-backed proposals for board-level approval, ensuring all projects align with company investment criteria.
• Survey sites to understand local customer demographics, area potential, and competitive density.
• Identify ideal locations for both high-traffic shopping mall outlets and strategic roadside developments.
• Secure the best possible commercial terms, space conditions, and rental structures.
• Work with Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure new store openings take the business to the next level.

Qualifications:

• A desire to work for a global, customer-centric, and fast-moving organization.
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet aggressive expansion targets.
• Ability to influence and secure favorable terms in both Thai and English.
• Specifically for complex data analysis in Excel and high-level presentations in PowerPoint.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Retail Business Development or Site Acquisition.
