Responsibilities:

• Utilize syndicated and customer-specific data to support market development activities and executive-level presentations.
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and IT to align channel strategies (Product/Placement/Pricing) with actual field capabilities.
• Manage the release and change process for new applications, ensuring seamless integration into daily sales and delivery operations.
• Lead the development and enhancement of SFA projects, ensuring sales tools are optimized for route efficiency and field productivity.
• Partner with MIS/IT teams to design and configure customized technical solutions that address operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
• Ability to communicate technical and numerical data clearly to senior management.
• Strong understanding of Sales Processes, particularly within high-volume distribution or retail sectors.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Force Automation (SFA) development, Sales Administration, or Commercial Operations.
