Responsibilities:

  • Manage ICP testing, product and packaging trials, and qualitative concept development to ensure brand communications resonate before launch.
  • Utilize agile tools and multiple data sources to conduct rapid, in-house research and scenario planning.
  • Support forecasting, scenario planning, and post-campaign evaluations (ROI) for Marketing, Sales, and Innovation teams.
  • Plan and prioritize all research projects, ensuring they are delivered within established financial frameworks and strict deadlines.
  • Lead a diverse range of initiatives, including Nielsen Retail Audits, Brand Health Trackers, Usage & Attitude (U&A) studies, and Shopper Insights.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence cross-functional, multicultural, and international teams.
  • Deep knowledge of syndicated research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) and Brand Health tracking.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and the ability to turn "numbers" into "strategy."
  • Mastery of MS Excel and specialized analytical software.
  • Exceptional project management skills, particularly in coordinating high-stakes outputs with external agencies.
