Responsibilities:

• Collaborate deeply with Purchasing, Marketing, and Insights teams to ensure technical development aligns with commercial trends and supply chain capabilities.
• Lead PSQC (Product Safety & Quality Compliance) and renovation projects, ensuring all changes maintain or enhance product integrity.
• Execute all technical stages of development, including formulation design, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
• Maintain rigorous R&D documentation, including specifications, testing protocols, and technical reports.
• Analyze competitive landscapes, keeping up-to-date with R&D trends and technical advancements to ensure our products remain cost-competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

• Good command of English (written and verbal) for technical reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to formulation.
• Strong understanding of Sensory Evaluation techniques, food ingredients, and manufacturing regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects (Low-Medium complexity) simultaneously while meeting strict timelines.
