Group Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver core sales objectives, including Net Sales, profit margins, and healthy cash flow for assigned accounts.
  • Lead Category Management projects in collaboration with Trade Marketing to influence shelf strategy and long-term growth.
  • Conduct structured business reviews (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) to report on performance and propose new commercial opportunities to customers.
  • Own "Perfect Store" fundamentals, meticulously tracking KPIs such as Share of Shelf (SOS), Out-of-Stock (OOS) prevention, On-Shelf Availability (OSA), and Distribution compliance (MSL).
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to lead the negotiation of annual trading terms, effectively balancing customer requirements with company interests.

Qualifications:

  • A strong background in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, specifically within the Modern Trade channel.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to work as a "team player" in cross-functional environments.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for modeling financial data and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Good command of English (written and verbal) for professional reporting and negotiation.
