Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the consolidated Marketing budget (A&P), ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI across all channels.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to optimize pricing strategies and promotional effectiveness.
  • Define the long-term marketing vision and portfolio strategy to achieve aggressive market share and revenue growth targets.
  • Drive the R&D and Marketing synergy to launch high-margin, disruptive products that anticipate future consumer needs.
  • Represent the local market’s strategic interests and ensure alignment with global brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in multinational environments with a strong understanding of both local Thai nuances and global trends.
  • Professional mastery of English and Thai is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing massive marketing budgets and delivering significant growth in highly competitive categories.
  • Ability to link creative brand initiatives directly to P&L outcomes.
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a top-tier global university.
