Responsibilities:

• Review and approve Standard Costs for products, including those from co-manufacturers, and manage the verification of material price variances and claims.
• Perform deep-dive financial analysis on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and inventory movements to identify efficiency gaps.
• Supervise day-to-day financial operations at the factory, ensuring accurate and timely Month-end and Year-end closing and reporting.
• Actively manage factory cash flow and working capital, ensuring all expenditures align with the approved financial plan.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting for controllable costs and strategic CAPEX planning.

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to prioritize, delegate, and make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Good command of English (written and verbal) for reporting and regional project collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with both factory floor personnel and corporate executives.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising finance teams within a production environment.
