Head of Trade Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated activation guidance to ensure customer-specific plans align with the broader channel strategy, including "tailor-made" promotions and national brand themes.
  • Initiate cluster-based plans to drive localized growth and deep shopper engagement.
  • Lead MT execution projects, ensuring best-in-class in-store visibility and innovative activation concepts that capture shopper attention at the point of sale.
  • Drive growth across E-Retailers by managing online activations, focusing on accelerating organic and paid "Share of Search."
  • Ensure the achievement of key business KPIs, including Sales Targets, Market Share, and ROI on all trade investments.
  • Define MT Channel growth drivers and prioritize categories by customer and store format (Hypermarket, Supermarket, Convenience) to optimize the channel plan.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Development, or Channel Development.
  • Strong experience in Digital Trade Marketing, including familiarity with Retail Media (CPAS), E-commerce search optimization, and digital funnel management.
  • Advanced ability to translate Shopper Insights into commercial action plans.
  • Ability to evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI on trade spend.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles with a deep understanding of the professional selling process and Modern Trade dynamics.
