Responsibilities:

• Serve as the proxy for Sales Leadership in the field, making real-time strategic decisions to secure business and maintain brand reputation.
• Directly accelerate the closure of large-scale mandates ("Super Big Cases") in the field, providing the technical expertise required for high-limit and complex insurance structures.
• Empower the field force by transferring elite-level skills and experience, enabling them to represent the organization’s highest standards of professional advice.
• Fortify and expand relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure a seamless referral pipeline and collaborative growth.
• Act as the lead consultant for specialized products, including Keyman (Key-Person) protection and business continuity solutions for corporate clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience within the Insurance or Banking industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Ability to structure complex financial solutions tailored to high-net-worth and corporate needs.
• Possession of professional licenses such as AFPT, or CFP is highly preferred and regarded as a strong advantage.
• Capable of conducting high-level training and managing sophisticated client interactions.
