Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular database cleanup, de-duping, and maintaining validation rules to ensure "one version of the truth.”
- Audit and optimize sales workflows, identifying manual inefficiencies and implementing automated solutions to maximize sales productivity.
- Utilize syndicated and customer data to develop persuasive sales presentations and identify market development opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Management (GT & PCB) to track sales campaigns and analyze promotion effectiveness, budget vs. actuals, and off-shelf display ROI.
- Deliver comprehensive performance dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, covering KPIs, pipelines, win/loss ratios, and sales trending.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in Sales Force Automation (SFA) development and sales administration.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and high-pressure deadlines.
- Proven background in an analytical role within a sales or commercial department.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Finance, and IT.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
