Responsibilities:

• Mentor and build technical capability within the organization, developing the next generation of R&D leaders.
• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance across all markets for formulations, claims, and labeling, maintaining strong relationships with local and regional health authorities.
• Standardize R&D protocols across different product categories to ensure scalability and speed to market.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure innovation is commercially viable, manufacturable, and profitable.
• Lead the Stage-Gate innovation process, ensuring a robust pipeline of New Product Developments (NPD) and Product Renovations (EPD).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Research & Development within the FMCG sector (e.g., Personal Care, Food & Beverage, or Home Care).
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Science.
• Mastery of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and advanced formulation chemistry
• At least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role managing large, diverse technical teams.
• Executive Communication: Fluent in English and Thai, with the ability to present complex technical data to the Board of Directors.
