Responsibilities:

• Gather feedback on communications, surveys, employer branding initiatives and remain up-to-date with relevant markets and media researches
• Create and develop effective internal communications to all employees
• Represent brand ambassador in all perspectives
• Perform positive touch point for business visits (hospitality and company introduction)
• Manage and develop new/existing internal communications channels

Qualifications:

• More than 7 years of direct experiences in internal communications and branding
• Familiar with HR and manufacturing environment
• Exceptional Thai and English communication (verbal and written) with translation skill
• Able to use design and editing programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierPro, etc.)
• Great presentation skill in both verbal and written format with agreeable personality
