Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and maintain pricing for raw materials and packaging in system as well as update Forecast cost expectation quarterly
• Identify new sourcing opportunities across markets to maximize value, lower cost, diversify supply, mitigate risks, and aligned with the company's objectives
• Purchasing representative/lead on several cross functional projects
• Coordinate with contract manufacturer for pricing, RM’s approval and evaluation
• Generate regular reports on purchasing metrics, supplier performance, cost savings, and other relevant KPIs to support management reporting

Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of ERP system
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and computer literacy.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, able to analyze and challenge independently
• Self-motivated, ability to work effectively under high pressure and navigate through ambiguity to find answers and ability to make solid judgement and good decisions
• Be able to demonstrate capability to deliver initiatives on time.
