Job Scope:

• Execute Design strategy in the design of the company stores
• Provide clear, effective and timely communication of design
• Develop design documentation to support design intent per global guidelines including schematic drawings
• Development and management of on construction site
• Manage the production of construction documents by internal and external designers and consultants
• Set schedules with alignment from cross-functional teams
• Communicate dates to the project team and meets all established deadlines.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering or related fields
• Having at least 2 years of experience in the production of design development and construction drawings
• Experience working in retail interior/architectural organization will be a plus
• Skilled in the visual, written and verbal communication of design issues
• Computer skill (Microsoft Office, Auto Cad)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to resolve problems after operational hours
