Responsibility: 
 

• Serve as accounting subject matter expert for ad-hoc transactions, perform accounting research to determine appropriate treatment under relevant accounting guidance, and ensure proper accounting and reporting of these transactions
• Responsible for preparing SEC reporting and dealing with external/internal auditors
• Monitor development of new and emerging accounting pronouncements in US GAAP, assess impact and lead the implementation efforts of such pronouncements

Qualification: 
 

• Required Training: Knowledge in Financial & Accounting, SOX process and US GAAP.
• Experience:3 - 4 years relevant experience with “Big 4” audit firm preferred.
