Our Client
Our client is a leading food & beverage manufacturer in Thailand.
The company is now looking for a right candidate for the position of Head of Sales – Thailand who will lead and drive sales in both modern trade and general trade.

Responsibilities :

  •  Responsible for all aspects of international marketing; focusing on brand management, product marketing activities and promotional campaigns for international markets: CLMV, China, the Middle East, Europe and the USA.
  •  Develop and implement annual marketing and sales strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share.
  •  Initiate, implement and monitor quality objectives and performance across the company with respect to Marketing.
  •  Lead compelling strategic vision that in align with organization short and long-term goals.
  •  Develop and execute winning marketing plans and go-to-market strategy for new and existing product lines.
  • Monitor social media and website branding.
  •  Collect and analyze market research, customer research and competitive analysis.
  •  Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies.
  • Propose projects that will increase market share or create new categories of applications.
  • Calculate and make critical time-to-market versus new feature trade-off decisions.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues and risks, recommending tactical strategies.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a   related field.
  •  At least 12 years of relevant marketing and sales management   experience within FMCG, food and beverage or healthcare and   supplement manufacturing companies.
  •  Demonstrate strategic thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  •  Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.  
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  •  Positive and proactive attitude, customer focused and passion for   managing projects to conclusion on time.
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  •  Proficient in MS Office.
  •  Fluent in written and spoken English.
