Responsibilities :

•  Primarily responsible for the overall management of Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations and SCM-related projects. SCM scope includes, but not limited to, importation, warehouse management, inventory management, order fulfillments, outbound and reverse logistics management, exportation, etc.
•  Set the strategy and direction for Thailand (TH) SCM team, balancing among the requirements of TH markets, company goals, company compliances and the requirements of the regional SCM to meet operations and business objectives
•  Enhance collaboration among TH leadership team, TH SCM team and the regional SCM team, other functions across the company to increase effectiveness of supply chain operations and ensure optimized supply chain solutions are delivered and met with customers and regulatory requirements.
•  Build a strong and sustainable TH SCM team.
•  Lead and manage TH SCM team performance, ensuring Key SCM Performance Metrics are achieved.
•  Supervise TH SCM team to ensure their SCM goals/deliverables supports the company strategy and business objectives.
•  Identify, attract, develop and retain the talents.
•  Monitor and manage TH SCM performance toward SCM KPIs
•  Monitor and manage Logistics Service Provider (LSP) performance towards KPIs and to ensure the agreed service levels to internal and external customers, optimal service costs, and continuous improvement to increase service levels and operational efficiency
•  Lead process, system and TH SCM organization improvement initiation, planning and implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity. Align and adopt regional guidelines/ standards/ best-practices, where applicable and beneficial to TH SCM operations.
•  Manage operations and commercial projects, ranging from supply chain efficiency projects to integration of acquisitions with regional SCM team.
•  Assure the up-to-date documentation of TH SCM standard operating procedures (SOPs) in corresponding to the company quality requirements, compliance, and relevant statutory requirements.
•  Establish and enhance understanding and implementation of key distribution practices and quality requirements among TH SCM team and the LSP teams.
•  Collaborate with TH leadership teams on issues related to logistics-related departmental performances, recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
•  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•  7-10 years of experience leading Supply Chain Operations (Scope: importation, warehouse management,inventory management, order fulfillments (customer service), outbound and reverse logistics management,export, etc)
•  Solid experience on inventory management and demand planning are a must.
•  Experience in medical device, pharma or similarly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
•  Experience in project management
•  Familiarity with quality systems (ISO9001 and/or ISO13485 standards), operational excellence systems (e.g. SixSigma) and medical device regulatory requirements.
•  Hands on experience in SAP is a plus
